Shipping Policy

Shipping Method: Varies on surpported shipping ways to your country and the timing you requested. Mostly used: USPS,CHINA POST, ROYAL POST, CANADA POST, UPS, NINJA VAN, DHL, FedEx (express, if customer wish to pay for fast shipping).

Shipping timing: Varies on different methods and different countries.

For example to USA:

spot goods: Regular shipping takes 2~3weeks, fast shipping takes 7~10days;

Pre orders: Takes extra 1 week than spot goods, meaning➡️regular shipping takes 3~4weeks, fast shipping takes 2~3weeks;

How to Track your order?

Once we start shipping your purchased items, you will receive an email with tracking number.

You may use the tracking number to keep updated or contact us.

Refund Policy

For pre order items, in case there is a short in stock, we will contact you and offer two options: either a fully refund or a change of items worthy same price as your wish.
